Dock Fenders
Dock Armor Fenders are the perfect addition to any dock or marina slip. They can be installed continously for maximum protection of spaced apart for a more cost effective solution.
Dock Armor Fenders are designed to protect your boat whilst entering and leaving your dock or slip. Our fenders can be fitted to all floating or fixed dock systems and install right over most common dock rub rails.
Pre-made 2 foot, 3 foot and 6 foot lengths.
Made from high density closed cell foam that will not absorb water.
Sewn with a a durable PVC coated vinyl liner on the inside and a heavy duty marine carpet on the outside.
Securely fastened to the dock with black powder coated aluminum sail track and stainless steel fasteners.

Corner Fenders
Our 90 degree corner fenders are the perfect addition to your slip or private dock. When entering a tight slip the external corners at the first thing you will hit. These fenders prevent that damage.
Rather than overlapping fenders for corner protection which doesnt look good and requires hanging one fender past the other, this corner fender is sewn in one piece. This means that it is strong, durable and also looks great.
Typically made in 2ft x 2ft corners

Vertical Pile Fenders

Similar to our horizontal dock fenders these custom vertical pile fenders are perfect for protecting your boat when entering and leaving it’s berth. Mounted just above waterline these fenders ensure maximum protection for the side of your boat.
Like our regular fenders these pile fenders use closed cell foam and heavy duty marine carpet cover meaning that they will not absorb any water and they will last for many years to come.
Made from the same high quality materials as our regular dock fenders
Can be fastened to timber piles with aluminium sail track or for concete and steel piles we can sew stainless ratchet straps into the cover to avoid drilling holes.
Made from closed cell foam so they can handle being submerged.
Standard profile is 4 inches thick x 12 inches wide and is designed to fit onto piles with a diamter ranging from 12 to 16 inches.
Sold in 6ft lengths to account for changing tides.
Our Dock Fenders Are Manufactured Using Superior Materials
High Density Closed Cell Foam
The core of our Dock Armor Fender is made from high density EVA Foam. Our foam is antimicrobial and fire resistant, but most importantly it will not absorb and hold water. Using state of the art equipment and countless hours of testing we have determined the optimum profile to protect boats of all shapes and sizes.
We have designed this foam profile with a cutout in the back so that it fits over the existing rubber strip found in most slips and private docks. This eliminates the need to remove the rubber strip keeping marina operators happy and also saves extra time during installation.
PTFE UV Resistant Thread
Imported from Norway and designed to last 30+ years, our nylon PTFE thread is specifically used to prevent our fenders from deteriorating in the harsh marine environment.
Premium Marine Carpet
Soft yet also durable and hardwearing, our marine carpet covers are designed to protect your boat from rub marks whilst also improving the look of your dock or marina berth. Our carpet is stain resistant, UV stabilized and will not fray. We offer various different colors to achieve your desired finish.
Heavy Duty Vinyl Lining
Our vinyl is a reinforced PVC with a high strength to weight ratio. It is UV stabilized and mildew resistant designed to create a waterproof barrier to protect our fenders from the elements.
Sail Track Tape
Our sail track tape secures the fenders to your dock or marina slip. This industry proven system features a solid PVC core wrapped in a flexible outer material for strength and durability. The same style of track tape is widely used for banners, shade structures, commercial awnings and pool covers where reliable attachment and long term performance are required.
Stainless Steel Screws
Our fasteners are marine grade stainless steel. For saltwater installations, we use 316 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. For freshwater installations, we use 304 stainless steel fasteners, which provide strong durability and reliable performance in non saltwater environments.
Powder Coated Aluminum Track
We use high quality, corrosion resistant, black powder coated awning track designed for marine environments. The durable finish helps protect against corrosion while providing a strong, clean, low profile installation.
